Judge: Mr N Croft, Templecombe, Somerset TUESDAY 19th AUGUST 2008 Classes 245 and 246 THE EXHIBITORS ARE TO MAKE THEIR OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR THEIR PAIR OF LIVE LAMBS TO BE DELIVERED TO THE MELPLASH AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY SHOW GROUND BY 5.15pm ON TUESDAY 19th AUGUST FOR JUDGING.
The Society will make arrangements for slaughtering. The Live Pairs in Class 245 will exhibited at the Show as carcasses in Class 245A (up to 75kgs per pair) and those in Class 246 will be exhibited as Class 246A (over 75kgs per pair). Classes: 245 Two lambs born in 2008 suitable for the meat trade (up to 75kgs live weight per pair). Entries in this class must also be entered in Class 245A. 246 Two lambs born in 2008 suitable for the meat trade (over 75kgs live weight per pair). Entries in this class must also be entered in Class 246A. S41 The Powerstock Perpetual Cup presented by the Society's 1983 Officers in Powerstock Parish, to the Best Pair of Lambs in Class 245.
S41A The Joe Yeates Perpetual Cup, will be presented to the Best Pair of Lambs in Class 246.
