MELPLASH AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Members are divided into Three Categories:
Vice Presidents, who pay a subscription of not less than £24.00 per annum or Double Vice Presidents (Husband & Wife) who pay a subscription of not less than £40.00 per annum.
Full Members, who pay a subscription of not less than £17.00 per annum, or Double Full Members (Husband & Wife) who pay a subscription of not less than £24.00 per annum.
Associate Members who are under 18 years of age, who pay a subscription of £6.00 per annum. As Associate Member must be a member of the family of a Vice President or Full Member and live in the same house as one of the family.
Subject to alteration by the General Committee, the privileges of Membership are as follows:
A Vice President receives a Badge which gives entry to the Member's Pavilion (if any) and the right to make an unlimited number of entries to classes at Subscriber's rates.
Vice President Car Passes are allocated on a first come, first served basis at an extra £25.00 per vehicle. This will allow Vice Presidents to park near the Members' Marquee. Cheques should be sent to the Society Office prior to the Show.
A Full Member receives a Badge which gives entry to the Member's Pavilion (if any); a Car Pass to the outside Car Park (if any) and the right to make four entries at Subscriber's rates.An Associate Member receives a Badge giving entrance to the Member's Pavilion.
Vice Presidents and Full Members are also permitted to take one guest into the Member's Pavilion, for which a charge will be made.
Subscriptions are due and payable on joining and then on the 1st January each year thereafter.
